Order & Shipping

1. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your shipment anytime using the Track Order link in the footer. If you need help, contact us at support@harborhousesupply.com and include your order number.

2. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–6 business days across the U.S. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on business days typically ship the same day. We currently do not offer international shipping.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

No — we currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states).

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Product & Returns

1. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items (new/unused, in original packaging). Contact our support to request a return — once approved, we’ll email instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
