30-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind and your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel or adjust your order.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Harbor House Supply. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Be submitted for return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items showing signs of use or misuse, missing parts, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our support team during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET):

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

All return requests are reviewed before approval. If approved, we will email you return instructions (including the return shipping label, when applicable).

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Harbor House Supply for approved returns. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions after your return request is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection (timing may vary by payment provider).

If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will explain the reason clearly.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Late or Missing Refunds
