Shipping Coverage
Harbor House Supply ships orders to customers in all 50 U.S. states.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on business days are generally processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Orders are typically processed the same business day or the next business day, depending on the time and day the order is placed.

Shipping Days
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Cost
We provide free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
There are no additional shipping, handling, or hidden fees.

Estimated Delivery Time
For most U.S. destinations, total delivery time is typically 5–6 business days, including processing and transit time.
Once shipped, transit time is usually about 5 business days.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, and other external factors.
We ship primarily with UPS, USPS and FedEx (carrier selection depends on destination and package characteristics).

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Harbor House Supply is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
